I found it under reports then report manager and create new, hope that helps.

Lucky you!  Our MLS has reports, but not all the columns are available for reporting.  Also, they could do a better job of policing the agents who report information or can't be bothered to add any data about the houses.  Okay, and my pet peeve, withdrawing a home a bunch of times and trying to manipulate days on market.  Can't get good stats without good information.

You do have to keep on top of their new and improved systems.

 We used to have similar problems until our MLS decided to fine people who were not posting pictures or information within a couple of days and they mean business too. We can even report listings that are in violation. Also to get around the days on market it's tied to the address now so regardless how many mls numbers they get it will always show the CDOM. The ADOM maybe less but you can see the true numbers on the CDOM.
