K&P Builders have made major progress! The kitchen is nearly complete…cabinets have been installed and they area beautiful, raised panel style, in a rich colored stain! The island has been installed and it just awaiting the cooktop! The wall cabinets are 42″ cabinets. The hardwood floors have been installed and match the cabinets beautifully! Hardwood flooring has also been installed in the hallway, powder room and foyer, in addition to the kitchen and eating area! The granite countertops are also in and they are beautiful, without a doubt!  Granite countertops are standard features at Garrett's Chance!

Beautiful railings have been installed on the staircase and 2nd floor overlook to the foyer! The stairs have also been stained and are nearly complete. What a beautiful contrast in color to the 2-tone paint walls and moldings! Very dramatic, beautiful, and classy!

The hall bathroom on the second floor is also nearly complete. The ceramic floor has been installed as well as the ceramic tub/shower surround! It looks great!

The gorgeous masterbath is starting to really take shape! The tile work is BEAUTIFUL in the shower! It is sort of a mosaic, herringbone pattern, only awaiting grout! The tile is a neutral color, however, the pattern adds just enough interest and texture! Additionally, built into the shower are corner shelves – beautifully done!  Did I mention that the master bath also has a separate corner tub and separate water closet?  The tub and shower are standard features, as are the dual sink vanity! 

The carpet has been installed in all 5 bedrooms, upstairs hallway, living room, dining room, family room and library… it, too, is a neutral color that will look great with any decor! 

The septic system looks to be nearly complete, too, and most of the plumbing fixtures have been installed!
