Having written a document so profound yet concise, so easily understood yet intentionally misconstrued, so "experimental" and yet so enduring as the United States Constitution, we do not have to speculate as to what Mr. Madison would think of the crap coming out of Congress today! That these "laws" are so voluminous that Congressmen do not even read them before signing them. It is all done behind a curtain. And to think that you and I are supposed to not only know what is in these various oppressive documents, but are expected to obey them to the letter. Clearly there is a "ruling class" in our great "experiment," which class will kill the goose that has laid Mr. Madison's more than two-centuries old Golden Egg.
