If you're not ready to live full time in this gorgeous home quite yet, Breakers Villa has the best rental history of any property on this island.  I'm willing to bet on that.  The current owners keep this house rented all but about 3 weeks of the year, which they reserve for their own use or for repairs and maintenance.  In fact, they do not live on island, and have wonderful caretakers who do.  The property managers take care of everything from greeting villa guests, to doing touch up repairs, to making sure that all services (cleaning, pool, landscaping) are done well, on time, and at a fair price.
