For Sale, Small house $25.00 with Tenant (Humor)

I have a small house with seperate entry that is actually attached to my home and it is for sale with a pair of tenants. They make no noise, a minimal mess which disappears with the Active rain, and actually reduce the number of insects around the exterior of my home. Priced for quick sale.

They were observed yesterday coming out for the evening

I wonder what a frog home inspector would look for when inspecting this house. Plenty of insects and bugs available? Flooded basement preferred?

The inspector would probably look normal to my tenants. The Pest Inspector might be a problem
