Leslie-Thanks, it was actually a colleagues of mine. It is around the corner from my kids soccer practice, so I decided to help her out and utilize my time working while the girls were at practice.

Steve-Thanks, Open House did go well, but no offers from it. Potentially two new buyers for me though, set two people up for auto searches and sent one to my lender.

Michael-Thanks, your right. I was going to retake some pics for the agent, but ran out of time. Sometimes I rush to get my post up and forget I can make it prettier, just downloaded KompoZer, very excited!!!

Debra-Thanks, was a good one.

Ann-Yes, they can be good. So far, best one I had was Friday 4-7, couldn't get out of there until after 8. It was very busy. Many thanked me and liked being able to stop by after work. One thing I have started to do as well is pass out 100+ flyers inviting neighbors. I know we have all heard it in training classes, but I finally started doing it, and I have had good results.
