Have any of your clients used construction loans or 203k Streamline loans lately?

Just wanted to see if any of you had clients that have used either a construction loan or a 203k Streamline loan over the past year.

I'm actually interested in them myself on potential flipping projects.

I'm familiar with the basics, but just wanted to know how those transactions went and how successful they were.

You will probably get a few different opinions on Streamline loans. I had a client attempt a 203k. It was quite an ordeal. Frankly, they found it easier to go with a community bank, with whom they had a good repor, and could see the project for what it was.
