Rich, you are writing for public consumption and it is good!  Nice keyword rich piece full of good serious information that any buyer in the State of Buying should follow.

Hiring a good broker is a commitment that should be taken seriously, maybe not as serious as wedding vows...but it's right up there on the totem pole of importance!

Kristal - your comments are greatly encouraging. I am not writing this series for points, but to offer good, practical content for buyers. Thank you!

Ray - I always appreciate your comments and support. Thanks!

OK Rich, if you aren't writing them for points, I'll just take your points. I need new shoes...new season, new shoes, or maybe boots.

It looks like I am going to have to arm wrestle Kristal for those points...LOL.

Rich, again these are great points (theres those points again) that you make.  I am surprised how many Realtors I run into that don't have their buyers sign these agreements, and then are surprised when they buy from someone else, while they are showing them houses.

Kristal - You have plenty of points, my dear. But I think Nordie's take the new ActiveRain Referral Card!....

George - I would love to see you arm wrestle KK. And you are sooooo right. You listen to agents complain about "their" clients buying without them, and then ask them about the Buyer's Agency Agreement, and you get that "Deer-in-the-Headlights" look...

Maybe George has come up with a new contest?

Seriously Rich, this is a great informative blog.  I hope the SE's eat it up.

I even scored you a 10... well 5 twice. Oh no where did it go?

I don't know Kristal, it seems that you are too willing for that arm wrestling.  I might be biting off more than I can handle...LOL
