HOA Websites: What kind of content do you think they should have?

I'm Vice President of the Valencia North Valley Homeowners Association, and it was my project to get a website up and running.  Our homes include those from the Discovery, Bungalow, and Sunrise, homes and there are over 500 single family homes in our association.

I volunteered not only because I knew that we needed one, but prior to becoming a realtor I was a web designer and knew I could get something simple up and running very quickly.

Well, we're up and running and we're off to a great start.  I just felt it was important for our association to at least have a web presence that we can start building upon.

I wanted to get something to start with that was very simple, not too cluttered, and very easy to navigate

I'm sure at some point in the near future, we'll transfer the responsibility of the site to a web maintenance vendor, but for now that would be ME!!

If any of you know of a really great HOA website that you know of, give me the link so I can check it out.

In the meantime, here's ours.  Feel free to comment and make suggestions:
