The rental market is continuing to strengthen. At HomePointe Property Management we rented out a near record 75 properties in June and we have remained busy renting property this month.

All of our property managers are reporting reduced inventory.  Properties priced at market rates are moving quickly. Rents are slowly creeping up which is what you would expect with higher demand. The low end continues to have the strongest demand.

Our 3rd Quarter Sacramento Area Rent Survey has been published and is available at our website free of charge at www.HomePointe.com and click on Owner Services.

Good to hear!!!   I'm running out of homes to rent * I've averaged 1 leased property per day since the 3rd of July.  People are coming for employment and want to get their kids enrolled in school ASAP....
