Recently our family engaged the services of Carol Romeo of Sensible Staging and Redesign to help with the staging of our home for selling. Carol was recommended to us by our realtor and her services proved invaluable. We were expediting the move of our home quickly. Carol was ready to start work immediately. She was prompt in providing a detailed outline of suggested changes as well as prompt in providing resources to get the work done. The changes she suggested, using pieces of furniture and items we already had, made a huge difference in the way our house was presented to prospective buyers. Her input was vital but the personal effort she showed towards us and our house was above what we had anticipated. We were particularly impressed that she made sure to be on hand when the photographer came to photograph the property. She went room to room with him and made sure that each room looked its' best for the photos. In additional she physically assisted with relocating furniture and decorative items to display in such a way as to show off the house to its' best potential.
As a result of her efforts our house sold promptly. She did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend her services to anyone needing to sell a property or to use in decorating a home for the owners.
