Services for Real Estate Pros with AI Virtual Solutions LLC

How many roles do you occupy in your business? Are you the real estate professional? what about the marketer? what about the techie? what about the database manager and the assistant? With all the hats you are wearing do you honestly think you are the best real estate professional you can be? Are you able to prioritize and do the things that work to dynamically increase your output?

Are you focused on the most important activities in your business and making the best use of your time?

Maybe its time to delegate.

Remember- Time is money!!!

Agnes, true for many people in this business, I think.  Frankly, I enjoy many aspects of this business, including the technology and contact management work. The old saying that it's hard to get good help is very true, and it's hard to find good assistants.  You also have to be a top producer before you can hire an assistant.

I think I suffer from ADD and therefore, enjoy being able to switch tasks the moment I become bored.  Speaking professionally though, an assistant can be invaluable, but in this horrible market just a pipe dream at this point.

Thanks for your comments Chuck and Nicole.

Chuck- Your comment reminds me of another comment I hear ever so often- there are no good men around, maybe women are looking in the wrong places. There are many great assistants on this forum including myself and I also pray for many more top producers :)

Nicole- Assistants are invaluable..:) The market can only turnaround now *fingers crossed*

Most realty agents wear several hats; salesman, promoter, cab-driver, psychologist, ... just to name a few!

Delegating tasks is certainly a must!

I read a great blog by Brad Carroll.   A quote from his blog reads, "Anytime you do something outside of your core competency, you are paying top dollar for amateur results."
