I was ready for mirrors....whoops !
Ha! That's a great shot onto a 12 feet ceiling :)
I showed a house (new construction) one time that had wet paint without a sign on the back porch.....my client slipped and fell in the wet paint. He was furious and embarrassed and insisted I call the listing agent and suggest they put up wet paint signs. When I called the listing agent, his only response was, "tell your client to be more careful next time." My seven foot tall client, not wanting to make size 14 gray footprints on the new hardwood floors, took his shoes off and with his hands in the shoes put gray foot prints on the ceiling all the way to the front door. Upon exiting he called the listing agent and thanked him for his concern and told him that he was careful to remove his shoes upon leaving....it was awful....hilariously funny but awful.
OK, I wondered where this one would lead us! Very funny!
Oh, too funny and a great "hit" dead on. Damon and his client had quite the unusual experience with serious revenge.

What a visual. Funny story, and pic.
That is hysterical. And, what a good shot the shoe owner was!
Sally and David - THAT made me laugh big time!!! mirrors...ha!
Lori - I wonder if it was luck, or expertise that got the "hole in one"?!
Kay - I think they'll definitely have to hire someone with a giant ladder for that cleaning!
Damon- the kind of retribution we all dream of, but rarely do. VERY awful and funny at the same time!
Patricia, Sue, Carla, and Heather - thanks for sharing my funny! It certainly livened up our routine walk through!
I thought my eyes were deceiving me. Then I thought it was a trick and now I see it is very clever.
Hi Cara ~ Too much! I feel guilty when I squish a bug on the wall and make a mark - this takes it to another level entirely.

HA. One has to assume that its been there since they purchased the home, right? Odd that the footprint would be there.
