Vickie, that is probably just the new tax bill.  Actually, it is probably the insurance bill - taxes aren't that high yet and insurance keeps doubling.

Jason, I've got a home in Spanish Fort, worth maybe $210K.  Our insurance is now up well over $3,000.  It is insane.  I do not pay that much for my home in San Diego worth about 5-times as much.  So, although my comment was somewhat tongue in cheek, there is definitely truth behind it as well.
