I wish I had seen all of this info about a month ago. The bank contacted my short sale seller and dangled the carrot in front of him. Going through the process has delayed the approval and now the buyer has decided to move on!

Great resource for consumers who are in need of a loan modification. With so many different avenues to find information, it is great that you can be the resource for valid, quality information. Consumers need to understand they do not need to pay anyone to assist them in this process.

Whenever I hear about any new form that I might need for anything, the first place I go is Google to search for them online.
