Thurston County ~ Washington ~ IDX Solution

I thought I would post an IDX solution that I recently created for the Olympia / Thurston County area. What makes the site unique is the ability to search by neighborhoods. The IDX solution was designed to be mapped based but there is also an Advanced Search function.
Any comments would be appreciated.

I've been using the company for about 6 months. Previously I used IDX Pro but I wasn't happy with their mapping functionality.

Hey Alex! You know how I feel about the IDX solution on your website. You are leveraging IDX to the max and I love it! I am a huge proponent of community pages, too. We were one of the first vendors supporting community pages. Anything that makes listing viewing easier for your consumers. Did you know that you get more Google juice from longer visits?

Hi Alex,

I recently created separate neighborhood pages on my main site, but this is a great idea for the idx solution. I'm also using the same idx provider as you. Did you build this site yourself, or create different links and pages based on the map coordinates?
