This past spring has seen a surge in Cary NC Housing Trends and Statistics.  Stats are up!  Cary NC area market saw a sharp rise in home
sales in March and April.  June saw a leveling off of the spike.

Looking at the housing trend over a one year period SOLDS were up 33.8%
Looking at the housing trend over a 15 month period SOLDS were up and astounding 77%
