30yr fixed 4.50% ( Purchase over $100k, 30 day lock, 4.375%)
JUMBO 30yr fixed 5.50% Up to $625,000. For higher amounts call for a quote.
FHA 4.625%
Construction loans 3.079% 5% down program available.
