The building has 20 floors with 467 units. The ground floor has one bedroom lofts that are designed to be live and work units. These units range in size from 1128 to 1535 sq. ft. Prices range from $449,000 to 602,200. Floors 2 through 5 have units ranging in size from 926 to 2156 sq. ft. Prices range from $411,000 to $893,500. Floors 6 through 15 have units ranging in size from 1324 to 2156 sq ft. prices range from $479,999 to $830,000. Floors 16 through 21 have units ranging in size from 1789 to 3000 sq ft. Prices range from $811,600 to $2,399,000.
The courtyard units are floors 5 through 21 with sizes ranging from 786 to 1670 sq ft. Prices range from $335,000 to $807,300. All floors except the 15th floor have 10' foot ceilings; the 15th floor has 11.6' foot ceilings.
The ground floor has ceilings of up to 22' in height. Floors 2 thru 5 has ceilings of up to 14', ceilings on floors 6 thru 21 have up to 10' in height, ceilings on floors 15 and 21 have up to 11.6' in height.
Amenities include a concierge, valet, private theater, fitness center, club room, and massage and therapy center. A rooftop pool with a sauna, steam room, hot tub and a moonlight theater.
HOA fees are $.38 a square foot which are assessed monthly and paid quarterly.
Extra parking spaces are $25,000 per space.
Positives: Within walking distance to City Place, Clematis, Kravis Center and the Convention Center. The beach is approx. 1.25 mi. If you work downtown this is a great building to live in (you really don't need an automobile). You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the sundeck. Just minutes from the airport.
Negatives: Most of the units on the south side of the building have no view.
There are currently 40 units left for sale in Two City Plaza. There is no assign ability of contracts. There is a requirement of $10,000 due at reservation which is refundable, balance of 10% due at time of contract. No price increases are planned at this time.
