When You're Hot, You're Hot....And When You're Not, Keep Working !!!
How many times have you had a week when nothing goes well? The phone didn't ring. Your listings did not sell, and most of them had no showings. If something could go wrong, it did and to the nth degree. Home inspections had laundry lists from the inspector. Appraisers did not see eye to eye with the figure on a purchase and sales agreement. The phones at the office were down for several hours during a critical time of the day, and there were an additional few choice events beyond those stated.
Not a hot week, but Sunday is coming, and that's when my team's week begins. Our open house events start our week, and whenever there's a new start, there's light at the end of the tunnel. We need to keep working and put all of the events in every deal from hell aside. They will all close. The listings will all have accepted offers, at some point soon. Next week is a new week with six closings scheduled. Life goes on, and my team knows my attitude about troubled weeks. When you're hot, you're hot...and when you're not, keep working!!
