My thoughts and Prayers are with you all

It's easy to sit back and discuss the "Mortgage Meltdown" that we are experiencing and feel relieved that we personally don't have any clients affected, feel scared for the future of our business or feel frustrated that we and our client have to go through the whole loan thing again and get pre-approved by a new lender. I just want to tell all you loan officers, buyers, and agents affected by this that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Hi Nora -- Thanks for your kind thoughts, Charter Funding a subsidiary of First Magnus, closed down this morning putting about 6o folks out of work. We are picking up some of their loans and helping them to get them funded as quickly as possible. This is scary for everyone in the industry. Aloha

As Jimmy Buffet sings "breathe in breate out move on" and that is what i tell my staff every day. we will make it, I might get more grey hair but what the heck

Sometimes we forget that the things that don't affect us directly/immediately have directly and immediately affected someone else. Let's always be prayerful and thankful from times of plentiful business to the dry seasons
