AH, it has been a great day! I completed the application today for the local listing broker for HUD, hopefully we will know in October if our firm is selected as a local listing broker........I think we will get picked for that job.
In the meantime, we contracted 2 sales today and I listed 310 acres in West Rome that would make a gorgeous subdivision hint, hint to all you land developers! Rome, GA is thriving, foreclosure rates and very low and unemployment rates are very low also we have 3 hospitals, 3 colleges, tech schools, Suzuki, Pirrelli, Neoton, Biochemicals research, church chair, the list goes on and on for jobs.......check us out at www.romega.com make the move we can help and you'll be glad you did!
