The next Schuylkill County Sheriff Sale is Friday, August 13, 2010 At 10:00 o’clock in the Forenoon, in Courtroom No. 1 at the Court House in the City of Pottsville.

Information is there about how to bid, and there is a link on the page to all the properties currently on the Sheriff Sale list. There are 87 properties scheduled for the auction that day (some may be removed if their debt is cured before August 13).

An important note is that the properties CANNOT be viewed before the sale. They are owned by the property owner up until the auction, and so you will be bidding on a property "sight unseen" and may not have any idea about the property's condition inside.
