Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert AZ is located in north central Gilbert at Val Vista Drive and Baseline Rd, about one mile south of the highway 60. This makes for easy access to the freeway and a convenient commute into the city.
An alternate method is to continue north on Val Vista Drive through Mesa to the North Loop 202, which is lightly traveled.
We live in Val Vista Lakes in a gated sub community, Lakeside, located on the waterfront, and we are fortunate to have a wonderful waterfront lot.
Voyager Cove is a small gated sub community of Val Vista Lakes located next to Greenfield Rd. That sub community offers very quick access to the highway 60 or the North Loop 202. It is not on the waterfront, however, all residents of Val Vista Lakes have access to the lakes and the spectacular Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse with all it's amenities.
Voyager has only 10 homes and one vacant lot in the small community and they are all beautiful homes. There are a few vacant lots throughout Val Vista Lakes, and it seems as though people buy them and just hold on to them, perhaps to give to their children one day.
