Call Jim Frimmer for all your San Diego County real estate needsContact Jim Frimmer for all your San Diego real estate needsI've lived in San Diego since 1988 and have been able to watch many buildings go up along the San Diego Bay.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the previous building boom was going bust, but in the mid-1990s, things picked up again and lasted until around 2006.

One of the new buildings that opened within the past year is what I consider one of the more beautiful buildings downtown. It is Bayside by Bosa:

Bayside by Bosa

Bayside by Bosa opened in November 2009, offering 232 unique homes on the front row of San Diego's beautiful harbor. These are one- and two-bedroom condominiums that have great balconies, large living areas, and ample kitchens. In-unit features include Italian-made Snaidero cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances by Viking and Miele.

San Diego skyline, including Bayside by Bosa at leftProperty features include 24-hour parking and lobby attendants, fitness center, resort-style pool and spa, a wine lounge, and an entertainment lounge with a screening theater.

Bayside by Bosa is located at 1325 Pacific Highway. More than 60% of the homes are already sold, probably because prices start at $500,000, a great price for a harbor-front location and Bosa's typical high quality. The sales office is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you're considering moving downtown, Bayside by Bosa is a great place to consider. Call me and I'll help arrange a personal tour of Bayside by Bosa and any of the units for sale.

Jim - This is such a gorgeous building.  At that price people who wait will be kicking themselves and saying, You know those used to only be 500,000!  With views from this building you can't go wrong.

I'd love to live in downtown San Diego, either in a high-rise condominium tower or in one of those lofts over near Petco Park.

Bryan and I are perusing the ActiveRain message board over at his place this morning, just in case you were wondering where I am.

Yes, I was wondering where you were since you didn't leave me a message and I knew you didn't have an inspection until this afternoon.

If you're not home by noon, I'll be gone. I will be out with my most recent open house Client showing some properties to him. He's interested in looking at the big condo over in Mission Greens although I think he's really looking for something in a newer complex, so after that we'll probably go over to Escala. We might also be going downtown to look at Discovery, El Cortez, Bayside, and The Grande North and South. I just hope I have enough money for parking at all those places downtown.

See you two later.
