When I joined ActiveRain back in 2006 I had no idea what it was but James Brennan invited me and told me it was a great forum and I could network here and learn more about this business of Real Estate, so join I did. However, it wasn't for another six months that I really got the hang of blogging and participating.

I recently attended RainCamp in Washington DC, there I learned so much more than I thought for sure my brain would explode with knowledge. I am still trying to digest all the information from that day. I have implemented some of the things I learned but not all, yet. So, to Bob Stewart and all the others at ActiveRain thank you for doing all you do to keep the network up and running and for giving us this opportunity to share our thoughts, our experiences and our knowledge with one another.
