SUNDAY BLESSING ~ EVEN THROUGH HEARTACHE. As a Christian we are taught to be blessed in ALL things. Be joyful for the blessings that we have and to go through our trials walking in faith with our Lord.
Not every week is full of blessings. Many times we are faced with financial difficulties, illness, death in the family or a friend, divorce, job losses, problems with our children, custody cases, businesses failing, foreclosures, world disasters, hurricanes, earthquakes and on and on.
This week as always I celebrate the blessings in my life. However this week I feel that there is so much need out there in my own family and in the lives of so many of my friends. It made me think deeply about how we as Christians handle ourselves when life is tough.
I know that I continue to cling to ALL things working for the good of the Lord. No matter what, I will rise from the ashes and lift my face to Him and allow Him to heal me and ask Him to work within me in ALL circumstances.
