Karen - our company is finding great success with what we call open house Saturday - we create a map, a flyer and flyers for each of our homes open at the same time.... it has boosted our open house attendence - we at one time offered a bus service.... but the public felt trapped with a REALTOR® so we discontinued the bus service - but it is working

Northeast PA & Lake Wallenpaupack Home Sales

Thesa, we did something like that last week - we had a bunch of Opens in the same development, so we had maps and as per home owner association request, we escorted visitors to the different opens. We had well over 100 people seeing our homes. In a couple of weeks we are going to have several going on again - probably near Fawn Lake Forest and Masthope - side by side developments near Lackawaxen.

Ashley - thanks! It is a nice location, on a cul-de-sac - great yard, and the house is REALLY nice inside. The owner has done a great job of remodeling it.

Rita - thanks for the well wishes. It is a nice quiet section of Tanglwood North. I'm looking forward to greeting everyone from the nice big deck!
