Time To Dig Deep

Does the market slow in the 4th quarter in your area?  If so, it's probably a great idea to dig deep and begin to really lead generate for future clients that may be looking to sell their home in the beginning of the year.  I find that when I kick in my lead generation efforts at the end of a year, the beginning takes off like wildfire.

Dig deep!  Put those prospective future clients you meet in 8 week action plans, and be sure to follow up in January.  You could give your new year business economic model a boost in actual vs. goal numbers for the year. :)
