Great information on your area Lenn.  Our market rarely has homes that sell in that price range......makes me want to sell in Maryland and Virginia.

Hi Lenn, I surely do hope that Buyers will get them while the rates are HOT. In the long run, these lower rates could go a long way in eventually stabilizing many of the markets around the US. If only it could last long enough for generations of Buyers to take advantage. One day at a time and keep your fingers crossed that Buyer's continue to move on the rates while they can.

William.  The sales we have are a mere drop in the bucket of what's needed for a stable real estate market.  A mere drop in a large bucket.

Kay.  Careful.  You may not like this market if you knew it well.  The prices are not appealing to many.  Home buyers in this area buy on the edge of what they're qualified to buy.  It's a rough market and not for the novice.

Endra.  So far have we come. . .  so far have we yet to go.
