Interesting.. I guess I was under the assumption that tankless was definately green.. now I see there are several tradeoffs to consider.

Thanks for the comments. It took less time to re-blog it than it would to take one of the short showers advocated in the post.
I always assumed that tankless meant less waste, but I can see where the long shower issue rendersthat null - great post!
