It always amazes me when looking for homes for buyers, checking out pictures for the criteria that the buyer desired, and finding the exterior photo still has snow in JULY! This must be a current photo? This is such a tell-tale sign the property has been on the market so long, and really has gotten lost in the sea of listings!
We do have snow here in Denver, and do experience bad weather, but today we will enjoy a warm day of 95 degrees, no chance of rain, and most likely clear blue skies!
Now WHY would an agent leave a picture on MLS with snow on the front yard? This seems like such a disservice to the sellers! Even if this listing is a short sale, or bank owned, you would think the agent could take a picture of the exterior in the warmer months to show a more current view of a property! The object is, afterall, to sell the house?
