We have alot of fun doing YouTube.com videos in our office. It builds exposure for us and also provides good information to potential clients. I am always amazed at comments I get from who is watching the videos. Our family, friends, past clients, other realtors, and people looking for a realtor who thinks out of the box. It also raises our position on google.com. The agents doing the videos also improve their communication skills and willingness to extend themselves not only on videos but other ways too. The more videos we do, the better they get, and the more fun we have doing them. The key is to do them regularly to keep people interested and wondering what you will do next. The video I like the best is the one of alittle boy of one of our clients who is sitting at our desk and playing like he is a realtor. It is so true and so cute too. I do not like seeing myself, but it has helped me as I communicate with other agents, clients, as well as family and friends. I have become much more aware of what I am saying and how to say it. I think before I speak and really work to present an image I am proud of as much as I can. Our agents really have fun when they do the youtube videos together. They seem more relaxed and open and natural. Our goal is to do 2 per week. Over time we will get better and better and look forward to doing them.

Very true, youtube videos are helpful for not only highlighting your homes but you as a person.  I am a very goofy person and I just let it fly when on tape. I get a lot of compliments!
