Loan Officer vs. Realtor

What happened to the times where a loan officer could pick up the phone book, dial a few numbers and get himself a loan.

 or When a succesful realtor could do multiple transaction without stressing about where the next one is coming from.

Everybody was able to buy a house when 100% Stated Stated was available with a 590 FICO!!! Those times are gone i know its hurting in the lending section of this business, but how badly are the realtors hurting right now???

 

I'm sure the number of people that want to be home owners never goes away, but how many of those people have 30,000 saved up to put down on a property??? 100% Financing is virtually gone!

I've worked with several realtors who have a lot of interested clients, but most never even qualify???

 

I think it's time for realtors to really unite with the mortgage brokers!!! or maybe even learn a little bit about the loans.  I'm sure if a realtor can somewhat analyze a borrowers/clients situation there wouldnt be so much time wasted on both sides of the business!! IT BURNS PEOPLE OUT!! i hear people saying they are going to quit every single day because loans are falling out or clients dont qualify for a home!

 

 

Wooooh i just had to vent that out!!! back to trying to wake up!
