Jeffrey, I appreciate this blog. I have not suggested Fractional Ownership but I can see that it could provide solutions. If you have hard core guidelines and info either email me or post somewhere here. I would also like to see some successful examples if you have them available.

Fractional Ownership has its advantages.  I think that the industry as a whole could do more to promote this type of ownership as many people still equate fractional with timeshare which had developed a bit of a bad rap for the sales tactics of some developers in the past.
