REAL ESTATE - Market Reports for Douglas County areas of Highlands Ranch & Lone Tree - Douglas County (North) Real Estate - JULY 2007

So the media has been screaming for months now, the real estate market is so bad.  How bad is it?  Well, In Highlands Ranch, not so bad.  It could be better, but the bottom line is homes are selling.  But the big line from me will continue to be, is all about price.  This is not the time "to see what you may be able to get."  This is not the time "to play with the market and see if you can get more."  If you are serious about selling your home, you need to listen to a real estate professional, take their advice and price your home right.  Homes that are priced right are selling, some rather quickly.  But the ones that are playing the game, are doing just that, playing a game.  And the other team (the buyer's) aren't playing.  They may want to buy your home, but if the price isn't right, they are just moving on to the next, as there is plenty to pick from.

So without further adieu, here are the numbers for July 2007 for DHL - Douglas County (North) Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree (and a little bit of Littleton)
