It will be interesting to see if this stimulates the mortgage market, or if it causes people to wait for an even lower rate...

Hey the market has taken a serious hit in the last week, it's crazy. One up my stocks shot up to a record high and then tanked to a record low in the course of a week...crazy crazy market...let's hope for the best...
