I came across this quote in an email that I receive from time to time.  It is honestly the truth, if you have goals, you have a direction and no matter how obscure the road may seem.  The quote is by Earl Nightingale one of the early leaders the subject of personal development.

I completely agree...goals do give us a sense of direction. I also believe we have to remain flexible to adapt to changing conditions as new information becomes available. Thanks for the post.
