I met Steve Shull today at our Keller Williams VIP properties monthly award and sales meeting in Stevenson Ranch California. For those of you who do not know who Steve Shull is, he was a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins from 1980-1983. Retiring thereafter due to a knee injury. He played 41 career games as a Miami Dolphin, played under legendary coach John Shula and played in Super Bowl XVII. Nice resume!!
Aside from Steve's Football Career which is admirable in itself, one thing I admire about Steve is he gets to make a living helping others make a better living!
Steve spoke in our meeting today regarding a 100 day training schedule he conducts geared towards taking those who participate in his coaching to a higher level of performance. In fact his company name is Performance Coaching. I got a brief moment to meet with Steve and take this picture with him. I am looking forward to participating in the 100 day challenge. I am hoping to improve my performance and career and build upon what I have already implemented in my daily routine.
I am really grateful to be a part of this Valencia California Keller Williams Office. These meetings are so well attended not like other meetings at other companies or offices I have worked for. We have a great group of pros at every level and I actually look forward to this monthly gathering. Yes, the breakfast is motivating and a little hard to resist, but I would still attend even if no breakfast were served.
One of the areas we suffer in our chosen profession is accountability and this program has plenty of it from what I hear. To learn more about Steve's company and what he does click here. Let Steve know you read about him on line on the Real Estate News, Views, and Insights with Pablo.
