Finishing up on the Page Analysis section of Google's Webmaster Tools.  The thrid part of the "Page Analysis" is a priority breakdown of keywords that Google sees in external links to your site (from part 3a).  Your content was broken down in Part 3b.  I'm still using our site at http://www.nwrealty.com/ as the working example.  And ... again closing here to keep entries easy to follow.

I have been reading your posts for sometime and you obviously know what you are talking about when it comes to SEO and search engine marketing for real estate. 

I have been wondering what are the hottest key phrases that Google indexes for real estate searches.  What I am wondering , to be clearer is if I were to attach HEMET CA to a phrase, what are the absolute best phrases to use; i'e:

real estate,
home for sale
house for sale
SFR for sale

and so on...would you care to share what you perceive are the hottest phrases we should all be focused on?

John ... I would use "Hemet CA Real Estate" as the target key phrase on the main page of your site.  Then "Hemet CA Homes For Sale" on pages with summary information of your listings or listings that you republish.  On the individual listing detail pages I would use "Hemet CA House For Sale - MLS#123456789".

When using a targeted phrase, be sure to include it in your document title, meta description & keywords, header text, a couple of image alt tags, and close to the front of your text content.
