When I became a member of the equestrian community in Palm City, Florida, I met some very unique people. The love of the equestrian world has no limit. As I attended horse shows, I notice different craftsmen that had their own style of creating art with the equestrian theme. This became important to me, as well. so I immediately turned to my art source and decided to create my own style of equestrian art glass. Sunflower Art Glass became my Studio's name. My first big piece was a running gillden named "Bruster". Bruster was my daughters horse so I made a large window with Bruster running.. I enjoy and love art glass, as well as, my grand daughter, Hattie Rose. Hattie became really interested when she saw the window that I had made of her on her horse going into the mountains . Hattie has been riding since she was six. She never has shown any fear of horses. I am happy that she is loving crafts and enjoys creating with art glass. She is creating a large Palm Tree for her sister, Summer. She grinds her glass like she rides a horse. It just comes natural.
There are many activities in the equestrian neighborhood of Palm City Farms. I hope to bring you more each week. There are many children camps and opportunities that are available. Palm City Farms is a great place to live. I hope you will enjoy my views on Palm City Farms and our equestrian community. Carol
