Suddenly The ME Real Estate Agent, Broker, REALTOR's Appetite, Sense Of Taste Increases As The Property Menu Opens.

Real Estate Agent with MOOERS REALTY ME Broker License 106759

Personally your heart may pick up a lub dub extra beat or two when you tour a Maine victorian home with patterned multi tone, varied wood floors, checking out the butler's pantry, stained glass, turret bedrooms.

But at the same time, you can carry on a decent conversation about the new chrome, glass, vaulted ceiling contemporary home with moisture sensitve clear story windows that close themselves too as a ME broker. You have to have a broad enhanced taste and enjoy the wide range of property types in Vacationland. All low cost, no debate there. But varied...usually with a double helping of land to go with every real estate sale too. But there is not much room for just your personal tastes in property, listings you personally would purchase, invest in.

The mobile home for $5900 means no rent flushed down the drain. No cash in the rental trash. Any piece of property is treated with dignity, respect and there is no pecking order. Special treatment for personal favorites when you are on the job. You do not favor, single out any listing in the property family of your plate of foodagency offerings because inventory is king. Wide selection within certain property classes, types and covering all price ranges in homes, land, farms, waterfront and business listings.

And like a car enthusiast can quote details on engine size, options available back in the 1950's on some limited edition model with large tail fins and dangerous wire wheel spinner hubcaps, you know your inventory backwards and forwards. You can quote cost to heat, acreage, taxes, details on current and even listings you should years ago.

Remembering even colors of rooms, details about the heating system, layout, updates needed. Ones that had been done. You watch the local properties "grow up". Remember empty lots that used to have neglected homes on them that were lost by fire or an skilled operator of an excavator. You can close your eyes and go up and down streets, country roads and one by one describe each house. Or cottages, camps on a lake. Details about each, their owners, current or past.

Why? Because it is not tedious and not because you have a photographic memory. You just notice property. And when you enter a new listing, a home or apartment house, waterfront vacation place or small business you have not handled before, your eyes study the place. You xray it mentally because A) lots of canned foodyou love property, all types. B) You buyer is going to ask you to quote from the property script you write, study and broadcast on line.

Each time you show the place, you know it better and better. More familiar, friendlier, closer. The buyers help point out plus or minuses too to relay to the owners.

The images you carefully collect and upload, the video that is shot, edited and follows those images to the mls server, realtor.com and other platforms are help sear, brand the property template in to your brain, cortex. Making a permanent tattoo.

So appetite for property? A professional real estate agent, broker, ME REALTOR gets totally dipped, immersed, pushed under as he dives into the properties he lists, markets, sells.

It's not any different than the sports nut who can recite stat after stat on batting averages and era's. Who the player started with team wise, when he was traded for how much and why and with who else for what players from what other city team. That is passion, fire in your belly excitement and mixed with a sense of competition like an athelte and survival to make a comfortable living for your own family. In the house you live in, pay local taxes on and have birthdays, holiday celebrations, bring babies home to. I llive in Maine, she'll melt your heart.

I think I am hungry now for a midnight snack. For some reason I'm craving a Krispy Kreme doughnut.

Andy....there are so many listing agents who show up once, take there photos and the rest it up to others....they don't remember any of the details....they don't have the desire to.

Hear that rumble Lizette. On it, sending you some Sadie's Bakery special delivery video donuts. They ship them next day air to Alaska so Lexington should be a walk in the park for these guys!

Ba Ba Barara Ann...(tapping toe, off note humming) The good enough agents are plentiful...but not good enough, lifting the real estate bar up the notches every single property deserves, the level seller and buyer expect. Give 'em what they came to the property ball park for. Hit them, show them all the fields of the property from images, video, maps, details details details. Delivery property pizza stat for folks like Lizette above with a real hankering, hunger.
