It's a common symptom of today's society as we scramble from point A to B to C. The fast food joints thrive because we're under pressure to get so much done that some days we barely have time to eat! We see it all the time. A FSBO sign way out in the country. It COULD happen, but unlikely to happen that way. You need maximum exposure to the public to find the buyer!
Barbara, I think we saw it once in one of the Smithsonians. My appraisal teacher for my r.e. license classes used to refer to every seller as thinking they owned the Hope Diamond with their home!

Dawn, Thanks! In today's market, at a minimum you've got to be in the local MLS with great pictures and write up to even have a prayer!
