Mark - Then Cramer is smoking something he shouldn't risk getting caught with!
Considering the local data I have seen, it is not recovering in my area. I think that we must have an explosion in the number of good paying jobs and get unemployment numbers to a reasonable level. Consumer confidence is still low, and justifiably low in my opinion.
