Hi Jim,

 Just keep in mind thatr 100% financing still does exist despite the recent mortgage changes. In fact, a 620 FICO Could qualify you to out zero down under Freddie MAC.

 In my opinion, FHA could be the best direction to go if your credit is considered avergage and have not much to put down. I may follow up with a BLOG post on FHA Loans.
