This used to be a bright green crop, and now it is withering on the vine....

Yep. Used to be glossy green, and perky, and lush.
And now it is limp and dying.

IMAG0067

I'll take the credit for that fact.

IMAG0070

See, that lush little crop is Poison Ivy, and it was thriving in the back yard.
I got permission from the Sellers through the Listing Agent, and was allowed to go in and spray it with weed killer.
I would rather pull it, but, well, it is Poison Ivy. We don't play well together...
So, when the new owners move into Apex NC next month, they shouldn't have to worry about the two year old playing in the poison ivy, and can take care of the myriad other details facing new home owners.

As sensitive as my skin is, I find it surprising that I have never, ever, had a case of poison ivy!

Good ol' North Carolina poison ivy. You're a good man and a great Realtor® for taking care of that pesky problem.

I know the new owners from Apex will appreciate your efforts.

Very smart of you take care of that for them - going the extra mile to make things right is something your buyers will remember.

Maureen,

We all use what we bring to the table.

I fight the poison ivy wars at home, and this was a small thing, that just might be very helpful.

Such service...We have to sometimes do the same thing with a pre-treatment for basic pest or a basic pool cleaning for buyers in the Sarasota Area.  It just lets them start to make new dreams starting day one.
