Stripping naked after that home showing.

By

I had a showing today on a investment property which contained 2 separate homes. The one home was vacant and the other occupied. The tenant was present at the occupied home to let us in. Upon entering the home we could hear two dogs barking loudly from crates in one room. The home was full of items making it difficult to walk, sink piled high of dishes, dirty floors, etc... After assessing the scope of work needed my clients decided there was too much work needed at that price.

After my clients and I left the home I received a call about 5 minutes later. It was my client. She said "unfortunately I hate to have to tell you this but my husband and I have fleas all over us" Ughhh! It didn't take me long to realize they were on me also.

Upon arriving at home I stripped down naked on the deck....then went inside. Tomorrow I may have to bomb my car!

Call a Marana neighbor, I'm THERE!

Wow - that's the first I heard of this scenario.  How AWFUL!!!  That's about the worst viewing story I've heard.  Hopefully, they won't ever get worse!  Hang in there!

Showed one home and we used handi wipes the minute we returned to the car.  The home was vacant and in such bad condition.  Also they had built some sort of an alter in one of the bedrooms.

Thanks for the visual, but not really.  Great title for a blog on AR though!

That's a bummer.  Sure glad to hear it wasn't mosquitoes or tics.

Bummer. Though at this time of year it is to be expected.  You wonder how the owners are dealing with all the flea bites.
