Manassas VA New Listing for CJ Realty Group

The owners of this home found me on the internet. I'm not sure how I managed to squeeze myself small enough to be wandering around in cyberspace but apparently the diet is working.

This home has almost 7000 Square Feet and their June electric bill was just slightly over $100. How is that for energy efficiency?

I'm looking forward to presenting this home to the market this weekend.

Thanks Active Rain for keeping my phone ringing.

Justin-I was talking to someone today with a house much smaller than this one with a $400+ electric bill.  Ouch!

Marcy-that's great.  A few years ago I listed and sold an earth sheltered home.  Bills were almost zero for heat and AC.

Gene-you could get lost in this one.  Wine cellar or theater room which is your preference?

Cal-the one thing I've learned about blogging is to just keep at it.  If you engage your audience they will call.

Lyn-I'd say at 7000 SF it is one of the bigger shacks I've been in.

I don't quite get the lemonade analogy but best wishes in selling that gorgeous home.

That's amazing. I can't remember ever having a power bill that low - and my house is less than half that size. AND - has thick walls, plenty of insulation, and (supposedly) energy efficient windows.

That energy efficiency should be a fantastic selling point as you bring this home to the market - and reel in multiple offers!

Congrats on your Internet presence... keep it up!

Now, if I could just fit into those jeans from a few decades ago.

I like lemonade, too.
