69 Comments on When Your Internet Presence Brings You Lemonade-Drink it!
Carol-$750,000. It will be in the MLS Saturday morning.
Justin-I was talking to someone today with a house much smaller than this one with a $400+ electric bill. Ouch!
Marcy-that's great. A few years ago I listed and sold an earth sheltered home. Bills were almost zero for heat and AC.
Kristina-I can ask :-)
Gene-you could get lost in this one. Wine cellar or theater room which is your preference?
Keith-they are home every time I go over.
Nor-your neighbor has the right idea.
Scott-shorter showers needed?
Cal-the one thing I've learned about blogging is to just keep at it. If you engage your audience they will call.
Steven-the house is electric and has propane for the fireplaces.
Lyn-I'd say at 7000 SF it is one of the bigger shacks I've been in.
I don't quite get the lemonade analogy but best wishes in selling that gorgeous home.
That's amazing. I can't remember ever having a power bill that low - and my house is less than half that size. AND - has thick walls, plenty of insulation, and (supposedly) energy efficient windows.
That energy efficiency should be a fantastic selling point as you bring this home to the market - and reel in multiple offers!
Congrats on your Internet presence... keep it up!
Sybil-It was a take off when life brings you lemons make lemonade. Oh well I tried :-)
Marte-I could use your skills in writing up a description of this place for the brochure.
Now, if I could just fit into those jeans from a few decades ago.
I like lemonade, too.
Tom-oh me too. Especially after the nice lunch my wonderful clients just treated me too.
I still can't get over that electric bill. Mine floored me the other day.
Chris Ann-mine was $58 but then I only have 2000 SF :-)
How is the water heated? Do they run an air-conditioner?
