How to package a Short Sale.
I know that one big reason I get my short sales approved is in how they are packaged.
I put myself in the banks negotiator place. They are assigned 100 or more files to handle.They are overwhelmed! How can I make my file file stand out. First I find out what the banks requirements are for their short sale departments.Each bank has their own rules. I feed them exactly what they want, no more and NO less.I make sure its all in order and clear and ez to read.I have invested in a high quality scanner and before I scan the documents I make sure the original are good clean copies.I know for a fact if its hard to read the file will be dumped or pushed aside.Every page must have the sellers loan number this is key.I also have a cover page with all the sellers info in bold.This is a simple process and it WORKS. So keep it simple,clean & lean and to the point.This will get your short sale package through the system not dumped or push aside.
