Plans unveiled for Harmony Road, I-25

Another story in the Daily Reporter-Herald reports that an $800 million development, informally named "H25," has been proposed for the area southwest of the Harmony Road interchange at Interstate 25 in southeast Fort Collins. The development has not been approved by the city of Fort Collins, but the developer, Jay Stoner, said city officials have been supportive so far. He is not sure when the proposed project will go in front of the Fort Collins City Council.  Stoner estimates the project will be completed in five to 10 years. http://www.reporterherald.com/region-story.asp?ID=11763
